Job Description:

Join a welcoming labor and delivery unit in Hibbing, Minnesota, for a 13-week travel assignment. You'll work 12-hour rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays, assisting in a facility that features four private LDRP suites and additional med-surg rooms for overflow. While there’s no NICU, an unstaffed nursery handles lower-risk newborns, with higher-risk transfers directed to nearby Duluth. Your role involves supporting the delivery team during approximately 30 births each month, working alongside experienced PACU nurses during postpartum recoveries, and assisting with deliveries—no C-sections experience necessary. The hospital utilizes Epic EMR, follows AWHONN guidelines, and provides scrubs for your shifts. This assignment offers the opportunity to experience a collaborative environment caring for mothers and infants in a smaller Minnesota city setting.
