Job Description:

Join a travel labor & delivery/postpartum team in Lincolnton, North Carolina, supporting expectant families across labor, triage, and postpartum care workflows in a LDRP-focused setting. This assignment runs 12-hour nights on a 36.0-hour weekly schedule, offering a shift structure that’s ideal for nurses who like focused, overnight continuity. You’ll work with a dedicated scrub tech for laboring patients, while charge support and 24/7 RT and OB MD coverage help keep care moving smoothly. The unit uses Epic EMR with Alaris IV pumps and Omnicell medication dispensing, along with fetal monitoring and related LDRP equipment. Skills you’ll use include labor management, circulation for cesarean sections, pre-op/PACU support, newborn resuscitation per protocol, Pitocin and epidural management, and the ability to work comfortably in an LDRP environment. Management has approved accepting postpartum-only experience; L&D or LDRP experience is preferred until otherwise specified. NRP and EFM certification are part of the required onboarding set alongside BLS and ACLS.
