Job Description:

Join a busy radiology department in Bryan, TX, as a CT technologist for a 12-week contract. You will be working 12-hour night shifts, floating between Bryan and College Station campuses as needed. Your day-to-day will involve operating GE CT scanners—one 16-slice and two 64-slice models—performing a variety of scans with and without contrast, and starting IVs for contrast administration. The role requires maintaining accurate documentation, adhering to safety protocols, and providing high-quality imaging for emergency and inpatient settings.

This assignment is ideal for a proactive technologist comfortable handling a fluctuating patient load, typically performing 16-24 scans daily. Your work will support emergency and inpatient radiology workflows, often during overnight hours when an ER doctor is in-house for emergencies. You will need to respond to call-ins within 30 minutes, rotating shifts every six weeks, including some holiday coverage and weekends.
