Job Description:

Join a busy ICU unit in Rapid City as a Registered Nurse specializing in intensive care. This 13-week assignment involves caring for complex ICU patients, including surgical, cardiac, neuro, and trauma cases, with patient ratios ranging from 1:1 to 1:3 based on acuity. You will be working 12-hour day shifts, providing advanced hemodynamic management, ventilator support, and medication administration such as vasopressors and sedatives. The role requires expertise in Epic electronic charting, IV management, and critical thinking skills. You may have the opportunity to float to other adult units if comfortable, and precepting students is a possibility. Expect a structured orientation, collaborative team environment, and a focus on high-acuity patient care in a mixed ICU setting. This role is ideal for experienced ICU RNs seeking a rewarding and impactful travel assignment with a positive team atmosphere.
