Job Description:

Join a reputable medical-surgical unit in Albuquerque, NM, as a Registered Nurse for a 13-week contract. In this role, you'll work 12-hour day shifts (06:30 - 19:00) on a unit with 32 beds, providing direct support for patient care activities. The unit maintains a nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:6 and manages rapid response team activations, ensuring swift and efficient intervention. Recent ICU or med-surg experience is required, and familiarity with Epic charting is preferred. Nurses on this assignment will float to similar units as needed and can enjoy a weekend rotation with six weekend shifts over six weeks. No call duties are involved, and anything over 48 hours per week is billed as overtime.
