Job Description:

Join a busy surgical unit within a Level III Trauma Center in Milwaukee, WI, where you'll support a high-volume Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) performing around 10 cases daily. This role requires a strong CVOR background, as you'll independently assist with complex cardiac and thoracic surgeries, including CABG, TAVR, valve replacements, robotic thoracic procedures, and heart transplants. The schedule features 8-hour day shifts, with weekend on-call duties once a month. You'll be the crucial team member circulating during surgeries, supporting a team that includes RN's and surgical assistants. This opportunity provides exposure to innovative procedures in a demanding setting, perfect for experienced surgical techs or ORT professionals seeking a fast-paced environment with diverse cases. The assignment lasts 13 weeks, offering a chance to refine your skills amidst top-tier surgical teams and advanced equipment like the Da Vinci XI, EPIC charting, and more.
