Job Description:

This OR RN position in Boise offers a diverse range of surgical cases, including neuro, pediatric, orthopedic, urology, oncology, ENT, GYN, bariatrics, and trauma procedures. You will be involved in scrubbing and assisting with complex surgeries such as spinal, cranial, robotic, and minimally invasive procedures. The role emphasizes broad experience across specialties, with a focus on neuro cases requiring prior neuro surgery exposure. Expect to work 10-hour shifts from 9 am to 9 pm, primarily on weekdays, with occasional call and overnight shifts. You’ll be part of a team that values flexibility, with work scheduled based on department needs and a quick call response time of 30 minutes.
