Job Description:

Join our hematology-oncology infusion team for a 13-week travel contract where you'll work 12-hour day shifts overseeing chemotherapy and infusion procedures in a busy GynOnc unit. You’ll utilize your chemo certification and advanced skills, such as accessing Port-A-Caths with sterile technique, managing peripheral venous access, and administering IV hydration and electrolytes. The role involves working independently in a 16-bed unit with a patient ratio of 4:1 chairs, using Alaris pumps and MediTech Expanse documentation. Although the schedule is Monday through Friday with no weekends or major holidays, you may have the opportunity to float to TCT infusion with proper orientation. This is an excellent chance to apply your expertise in a fast-paced environment, contributing directly to patient treatments and comfort while advancing your skills in oncology infusion care.
