Job Description:

Join our team as a Night Shift Nursing Coordinator in Washington, D.C., overseeing patient throughput and bed management during the overnight hours. This full-time role involves managing daily hospital operations from 7 p.m. to 7:30 a.m., with an emphasis on coordinating various hospital departments to optimize patient flow, reduce delays, and enhance inpatient bed utilization. The position offers a unique opportunity to lead operational efforts during the quiet of night and play a critical role in hospital efficiency. Expect to facilitate communication across units, handle staffing logistics, and support a centralized bed management process—making a tangible impact on hospital performance.
