Job Description:

This ER Registered Nurse contract in Worcester offers a unique opportunity to work overnight shifts in a fast-paced emergency department. The role involves providing critical nursing support during 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM. You'll need to be adept at reading telemetry and hold a valid Perm Massachusetts license. Experience of at least 1.5 years is required, with ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications. EPIC system familiarity is preferred. Please note, there are two pass/fail exams—medication and telemetry—that you must pass at orientation; failure results in immediate contract cancellation. Expect to spend approximately 36 hours per week in this engaging, critical role that keeps the department running smoothly around the clock.
