Job Description:

Our client is seeking an experienced ER Registered Nurse for a 13-week contract assignment in Oakland, CA. The role involves working 12-hour day shifts from 07:00 to 19:30, with a weekly commitment of 36 hours. You'll be providing critical support in the emergency department, focusing on acute patient stabilization and care. This assignment offers a chance to be involved in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment and to contribute to a dedicated team managing diverse cases. Shifts include intermittent weekend coverage, and the provider will be expected to work 2 of 3 upcoming major holidays. ACLS, BLS, PALS, and NIH certifications are required, and preferred qualifications include a BSN, TNCC, and CPI/MAB. A minimum of 2 years' experience in emergency nursing is essential for success in this role. This is a fantastic opportunity for a nurse ready to make an impact during a rewarding contract.
