Job Description:

This ER Holding Registered Nurse role places you at the heart of patient stabilization, monitoring, and swift intervention. Working predominantly with pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics, you'll manage telemetry and dysrhythmia, oversee IV insulin and heparin protocols, and utilize advanced assessment skills like blood product administration and tracheostomy management. Your shift runs from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM for 12 hours, three nights a week, offering a chance to delve into a fast-paced environment while maintaining a balanced schedule. Expect to coordinate with rapid response teams and support patient safety through meticulous documentation on EPIC. This assignment emphasizes your expertise in cardiac care, vasoactive drips, and wound management, all within a dynamic emergency setting that challenges and hones your skills.
