Job Description:

Join a dedicated team of respiratory therapists on a 13-week travel assignment in Weston, Wisconsin. This role involves providing essential treatments including ventilator management, ABGs, EKGs, and intubation assistance primarily for adult patients in inpatient, ER, ICU, and medical-surgical floors. You’ll work 12-hour night shifts with a typical weekly commitment of 36 hours, gaining hands-on experience with advanced respiratory equipment like Vents (PB980, PB840, SurvoU), Bipap (V60), and high flow systems. The position offers the opportunity to assist in emergency airway management, support high-risk deliveries when needed, and collaborate closely with experienced RTs and department leaders. The assignment combines technical skill with teamwork and flexibility in a supportive hospital environment. This is a chance to refine your skills while covering a variety of clinical scenarios, including high-acuity cases, with a team that values proactive and professional RTs.
