Job Description:

Join a dedicated ICU team as a Registered Nurse on a 13-week night shift assignment in Jacksonville, Illinois. This role offers you the chance to work in a 25-bed Critical Access Magnet hospital, specializing in intensive care with a focus on cardiac monitoring, vascular access, and ventilator management. Your nights will be filled with complex cases that require strong interpretation skills, IV therapy expertise, and readiness to float within your scope as needed. The schedule is structured around 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, with a commitment of 36 hours per week. Experience at least 2 years in ICU/CCU, with ACLS, BLS, and NIH certifications, is essential to hit the ground running. First-timers are welcome, provided they meet the experience and certification requirements. This assignment provides a unique immersion into a critical access hospital setting where your skills will directly impact patient outcomes, all while enjoying a fulfilling and fast-paced environment.
