Job Description:

Join a fast-paced, high-acuity surgical and trauma unit in downtown Atlanta. This 13-week contract offers 12-hour day shifts where you'll be supporting patients with complex needs, including gunshot wounds, paraplegia, and other urgent surgical cases. The role involves working with an experienced team in an environment that values quick thinking and adaptability. You'll be required to work flexible shifts, as block scheduling is not available, and must be comfortable on EPIC systems with a minimum of two years' experience in a similar specialty. The patient ratio is 5:1, and responsibilities include supporting documentation, assisting with patient positioning, and collaborating during nurse handoffs at high-volume times. This assignment offers an engaging opportunity to work in a dynamic setting focused on critical surgical care.
