Job Description:

Join a team of dedicated registered nurses providing specialized patient care in a hospital setting during 12-hour night shifts. This role involves assessing patients’ physical, psychological, social, and spiritual needs, developing and implementing personalized care plans, and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure optimal outcomes. You'll engage in detailed documentation, patient teaching, and quality improvement activities, all while experiencing a setting that balances professionalism with a touch of the nocturnal rhythm of night shifts.
