Job Description:

This travel assignment in the emergency department provides an excellent opportunity for experienced Emergency Department RNs to work in a busy, high-volume hospital setting. You’ll be responsible for delivering patient care across a wide range of cases, with the flexibility to float between units and hospitals as needed. The role involves 12-hour mids shifts, offering a balanced work-life schedule, and may include working 36 or 48 hours weekly, including holidays and every other weekend. The environment is fast-paced but supportive, with a dedicated team of physicians, nurse practitioners, and support staff. Expect to work in a Level III Trauma Center treating over 60,000 patients annually, with staffing ratios from 1:1 to 1:4 depending on patient acuity. You will need to bring your high level of professionalism, recent ED experience, and appropriate certifications to thrive in this role.
