Job Description:

Join a bustling Operating Room in Boise, Idaho, where you'll be actively involved in a variety of surgical cases including pediatrics, ENT, urology, plastics, GYN, and breast surgeries. This 13-week contract offers a unique experience scrubbing in on approximately 20 cases per day, with some pediatric ENT procedures reaching up to 40 cases. You'll work 12-hour days, mainly during weekday shifts, with occasional late finishes to ensure cases are completed. Certified in BLS and ACLS (preferred now, required in 2027), you'll be part of a team led by experienced managers and charge nurses who handle staffing and case scheduling. No scrub techs are involved, so you'll be working closely with anesthesia techs, CSTs, and RNs, all utilizing Epic EMR. This role is ideal for skilled OR nurses with at least one year of experience, ready to scrub in and contribute to a busy surgical schedule in a supportive team environment.
