Job Description:

Join a busy Level 1 trauma emergency department in Columbia, MO, as an Emergency Room Registered Nurse. This 13-week travel contract offers the opportunity to work 12-hour night shifts (18:45 - 07:15) in a setting that handles a high volume of critical cases, including stroke, STEMI, and trauma patients. You'll float between the ED and ED Observation units, but will not float to the psych center. The role involves significant physical activity, including ambulating and moving objects over 20 lbs, along with contact with contagious illnesses. Ideal for nurses with at least two years of ER experience, ACLS & PALS are required, and CPI is preferred. First-time travelers with Level I trauma experience are welcome. Expect to work weekends, holidays, and during inclement weather, with a weekly commitment of 36 hours over 13 weeks.
