Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Certified Surgical Tech (CST) with transplant experience for a 13-week assignment in Indianapolis, IN. This role involves supporting complex liver transplant procedures, including scrubbing independently on liver recipient transplants. The position features 12-hour day shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM, with a schedule that includes 40-60 hours of call over six weeks and holiday work. The environment offers exposure to large open belly cases, advanced equipment such as DaVinci XI, and a daily surgical case volume of approximately 35. This is a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced transplant setting where precision and expertise are crucial, and your skills will directly impact patient outcomes.
