Job Description:

Join a busy Emergency Department as an ER Registered Nurse, where you'll be the vital link in providing top-tier care during rotating night and evening shifts. Your role involves managing a diverse range of complex diagnoses across all age groups, from infants to seniors, in a fast-paced environment. Expect to work 12-hour night shifts (19:00-07:30) and rotate with evening hours (15:00-23:30), with every other weekend and scheduled holiday shifts. You'll collaborate with a team handling a patient ratio of up to 1:5 during lower acuity times, with the flexibility to float within sister facilities as needed. This assignment offers a dynamic experience in an ED setting that demands both clinical expertise and adaptability, all while working in a supportive and energetic environment.
