Job Description:

Join our team as a registered nurse in the CV Surgery ICU, where your expertise will be vital in managing complex cardiac and vascular surgical patients. This 14-week contract offers a mix of 12-hour night shifts, including straight nights and rotations, with floating as needed. You'll coordinate patient care, support patient and family education, and work closely within the Mayo Clinic Nursing model. Expect to be hands-on with preceptor roles, mentorship, and quality initiatives. The environment is fast-paced and technical, requiring your skills in critical care and pass ECG exams during orientation.
