Job Description:

Join us as a Pediatrics Registered Nurse for a 13-week contract at a well-respected medical center in Omaha, Nebraska. This role involves working 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, providing essential support on a mixed-acuity pediatric unit with 24 beds. You will be performing tasks such as repositioning patients, assisting with mobility, helping with meals, and supporting medication administration within your scope and training. You'll experience the unique rhythm of a unit where acuity levels vary, offering a dynamic mix of challenges and rewards. If you've got at least two years of Pediatric Medical/Surgical experience at a Level I Trauma Center and are comfortable with Epic charting, this could be the perfect fit. Note: First-time travelers are not accepted unless they have over three years of relevant experience. This opportunity includes being on call during scheduled shifts and working a minimum of three weekend shifts, contributing to a team dedicated to pediatric care excellence.
