Job Description:

This staffing opportunity places you as a Staff RN on a pediatric behavioral health unit in Kealakekua, Hawaii. You'll be responsible for performing admissions, conducting daily assessments, and managing discharges in an 11-bed facility dedicated to adult behavioral health patients with dual diagnoses and chemical dependencies. Working the night shift, you'll navigate a setting that requires comfort with forensic patients and a strong understanding of managing assaultive behaviors. Candidates must hold current certification in the management of assaultive patients, such as CPI or an equivalent credential, and possess BLS and ACLS certifications prior to the start.
