Job Description:

Join a specialized ECMO team as a Respiratory Therapist with a focus on pediatric and adult ECMO patients. In this role, you'll primarily support stable pediatric ECMO cases involving congenital heart disease, diaphragmatic hernias, and respiratory failure. The assignment features a mix of day shifts on a 12-hour rotating schedule, offering a unique opportunity to work alongside experienced clinicians in a bustling hospital setting. Your expertise with EPIC systems and prior ECMO experience at an urban or academic center will be key to providing effective support in this large-volume program. Expect occasional one-on-one and small group patient management, ensuring each patient receives attentive care within a collaborative team environment.
