Job Description:

Join a busy ICU team in Rapid City, South Dakota, for a 13-week travel assignment that puts your critical care skills to the test. As an ICU RN, you'll work 12-hour night shifts in a mixed-unit that combines MICU, SICU, CICU, and TICU pods. You'll be responsible for managing complex patients, including those with ARDS, MI, CVA/TIA, COVID, trauma, and post-surgical cases. The role involves ventilator management, vasopressor administration, proning, and hemodynamic monitoring, with opportunities to use advanced equipment such as Impella, IABP, and CRRT. The assignment offers a chance to work alongside dedicated intensivists, support staff, and experienced RN colleagues in a fast-paced, critical environment. Attention to detail, teamwork, and prior ICU experience are essential to thrive in this position, which includes orientation, resource support, and the opportunity to precept students.
