Job Description:

Join the healthcare team as an ICU Registered Nurse in Odessa, Texas, for a 13-week contract working 12-hour night shifts from 6:30 PM to 7:00 AM. This role offers a chance to gain valuable experience in critical care, with responsibilities that include floating to Medical-Surgical and Telemetry units when census requires, managing high-acuity patients with ratios of 5-6:1. The assignment requires current ACLS, BLS, TNCC or TCAR, and NIH certifications, as well as completion of stroke education and EKG courses, which we can provide if needed. Expect to work approximately 36 hours per week, immersing yourself in a fast-paced, rewarding environment where your skills make a real difference.
