Job Description:

Join our team as an Acute Care Float Registered Nurse in Beaufort, SC, for an engaging 13-week contract. This role offers the opportunity to work in a vibrant, fast-paced environment where you'll float across stepdown, ICU, and medical-surgical units, providing critical support where needed. The schedule consists of 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, requiring flexibility and comfort with floating between units, including ICU. Emphasizing teamwork, adaptability, and a broad skill set, you'll gain diverse hands-on experience in a setting that keeps you on your toes and sharpens your clinical acumen. Be prepared to work with patients on ventilators, IV medications, and complex cardiac cases, all while supporting a patient-to-nurse ratio of approximately 1:4-5.
