Job Description:

Join our Neonatal Intensive Care Unit as a travel RN for a 13-week assignment in Charlotte, NC. You'll be immersed in a busy, high-acuity environment caring for critically ill newborns. This role offers the chance to work with advanced equipment such as ventilators, ECMO, and invasive lines, managing complex cases including congenital heart defects, respiratory distress, and neurological conditions. Expect to handle demanding patient ratios of 1:1 to 1:3, applying your expertise in neonatal critical care to provide vital support in a fast-paced, collaborative team. This assignment is perfect for experienced NICU RNs who thrive on challenge and variety, offering an opportunity to refine skills across a broad spectrum of neonatal care specialties while working an engaging schedule of 12-hour day shifts.
