Job Description:

Join a prestigious healthcare facility in Tyler, TX as a Telemetry Registered Nurse on a 12-hour night shift schedule. This role involves monitoring telemetry patients, ensuring accurate charting using Epic with minimal supervision, and providing excellent care for patients in a unit with 36 beds. The assignment features a block schedule of three nights per week, totaling 36 hours. Experience with Trauma Level I units and float responsibilities to similar acuity units are preferred. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable experience in a supportive setting while working familiar night hours that make for peaceful days off.
