Job Description:

This 13-week travel respiratory therapy position offers the opportunity to work in a bustling inpatient setting, providing care across all floors and patient types—from neonates to geriatrics. You will be responsible for managing ventilators such as Drager, Servo I, and Carefusion, and performing bedside procedures like bronchs and spirometry. The role involves 12-hour night shifts, with weekends rotating every third shift and every other night. Every day brings a new challenge, giving you the chance to experience different levels of patient care, while collaborating closely with a dedicated team of RTs, nurses, and providers. An outgoing attitude, flexibility, and a desire to learn will help you thrive in this fast-paced environment. This assignment is unique due to its comprehensive scope, rotating through various inpatient areas and working alongside hospitalists and intensivists around the clock, all while adhering to strict policies, including a no-artificial nails rule and radius restrictions from facilities associated with CommonSpirit, CHI, and Dignity. The weekly gross pay averages $1,768.80, based on 36 hours per week.
