Job Description:

This 13-week contract involves working as a registered nurse on a 12-hour night shift within a 12-bed combined CCU and PCU unit in Franklin, Indiana. You will be managing patients with conditions such as sepsis, respiratory distress, overdose/ETOH withdrawal, and DKA. Your responsibilities include titrating drips like Levophed, insulin, dopamine, and heparin, while reading strips and utilizing equipment such as vents, CPAP, and BiPAP. The role offers self-scheduling, with four weekend shifts over the six-week cycle, along with holiday coverage. It's a great opportunity for experienced RNs comfortable with high-acuity patients and working independently in a fast-paced environment, all while keeping the night owl spirit alive.
