Job Description:

Join our team as a Nursing Coordinator leading night shift patient flow operations in a busy hospital setting. This full-time role entails managing hospital capacity, coordinating admissions, transfers, and bed utilization, primarily during overnight hours from 7 PM to 7:30 AM. You'll be the central point of contact for ensuring smooth patient throughput, collaborating with various departments, and making critical operational decisions in real time.
