Job Description:

Join our team as a Transplant Registered Nurse specializing in the Progressive Care Unit (PCU). This 13-week contract offers dedicated night shifts with 12-hour overnight hours from 19:00 to 07:30. You will provide specialized care to patients awaiting or recovering from transplant procedures, with a typical patient ratio of about 1 nurse to 5 patients. Expect to utilize your skills in IV starts, telemetry monitoring, and documentation within the Epic system. Flexibility is key, as occasional float within similar acuity units and some weekend or holiday shifts are part of the schedule. This assignment is designed for nurses with at least 2 years of PCU experience, ACLS/BCLS certification, and prior travel nursing experience preferred.
