Job Description:

This ER Registered Nurse position offers a challenging and rewarding opportunity to work in a Level 1 Trauma Center, providing critical care on a 12-hour night shift schedule. You’ll be cross-trained to float between campuses and ED observation, gaining exposure to a variety of trauma and emergency scenarios. The role involves managing an average patient ratio of 1:6 during days and nights, with responsibilities centered on delivering high-quality care in a fast-paced environment. Candidates with at least 1.5 years of relevant hospital experience and level 1 trauma experience will thrive. Certification in TNCC, ACLS, and BLS is required. The assignment emphasizes flexibility, as there may be rotating shifts among different campuses, but it promises an engaging environment for those eager to expand their skills while working in a hospital trusted with a large patient base.
