Job Description:

Join Johns Hopkins All Children's Hospital as a CVOR Surgical Technician and experience a critical role supporting pediatric cardiac surgeries. This 13-week contract involves working Monday through Friday with four 10-hour shifts starting at 6 am. You'll be assisting in complex congenital heart procedures like ASD/VSD repairs, Norwood, Glenn, Fontan, ECMO, and heart transplants. This assignment is unique, as you will be working in a dedicated pediatric cardiovascular OR, with the opportunity to handle a variety of demanding cases while participating in scheduled call rotations requiring a 30-minute response time. Certification through NBSTA, BLS certification, pediatric CVOR experience, and EPIC proficiency are essential. The role offers a chance to hone specialized skills in a prestigious hospital setting while floating to related areas like thoracic surgery as needed.
