Job Description:

Join a community-based hospital in High Point, NC, as a registered nurse specializing in progressive care unit (PCU) settings on a 13-week contract. This role involves providing up-to-date cardiac and hemodynamic monitoring for general medical patients with cardiac events, post-interventional procedures, or respiratory failure. You'll work 12-hour night shifts (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM) with a schedule that includes every other weekend and holidays 75% of the time. The unit is equipped with state-of-the-art technology and supports a team-focused environment, allowing you to hone your skills in a fast-paced, specialized setting with a variety of patient diagnoses ranging from NSTEMI and STEMI to post-operative thoracic surgery cases.
