Job Description:

Join a 13-week travel RN contract at Mercy Hospital South in St. Louis, MO, working the night shift from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM on 12-hour shifts. This position offers an opportunity to care for adult patients in the Med Surg unit, including those with GI, GU, wound care, and surgical needs. You will utilize your skills in assessment, planning, and direct patient care, while coordinating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure patient comfort and safety. The busy unit is equipped with advanced technology like EPIC EMR, wound vacs, PCA pumps, and telemetry monitors. This role is perfect for nurses with at least one year of Med Surg experience who thrive in a patient-focused environment and enjoy teamwork. Expect to float as needed and adhere to all applicable protocols and certifications, including BLS and Missouri licensure. The environment is fast-paced but rewarding, with an emphasis on high-quality care and professionalism.
