Job Description:

This travel RN position in Omaha offers a 12-hour night shift schedule for a duration of 13 weeks. You'll be providing care for MedSurg and oncology patients, floating within the scope of practice as needed. The role emphasizes quick thinking and adaptability since you'll be working in a setting with a 1:5 nurse-to-patient ratio. Expect to demonstrate at least one year of experience, with specific oncology or charge nurse responsibilities preferred. The facility adheres to strict policies, including a nail policy prohibiting artificial nails, and requires a pass/fail skills exam on orientation day. Candidates' driving distances are evaluated with a DMV check, ensuring compliance with the 50-mile radius rule.
