Job Description:

This travel healthcare contract offers an immersive ER nursing experience in a bustling hospital setting, where you'll handle a diverse mix of adult and pediatric patients. As an ER RN, you will be responsible for managing various cases from minor injuries to critically ill patients, including respiratory failure, stroke, burns, and psych holds. Expect to float within the ER, working 12-hour night shifts, and contributing to a fast-paced environment with approximately 325 patient visits daily. The role emphasizes quick assessments, triage, and timely interventions, providing a comprehensive and challenging experience. You'll also interpret EKGs, assist with breathing treatments, and coordinate with a multidisciplinary team, including midlevels running fast track and ER techs. Keep your skills sharp and your eyes open — every shift is unique and impactful.
