Job Description:

Join us as a Physical Therapist in Putnam, Connecticut, for a rewarding 13-week contract. In this role, you will evaluate and treat patients through prescribed physical therapy programs, aiming to enhance their functional abilities and prevent disability. You'll collaborate closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals, document patient progress thoroughly, and educate patients and their families about treatment plans and home exercises.
