Job Description:

This assignment offers a chance to work in a busy emergency department within an adult and pediatric Level 2 Trauma Center. You will be responsible for triaging incoming patients, assisting with initial assessments, and supporting the emergency team during 12-hour night shifts. The role involves managing a high volume of diverse cases, including chest pain, sepsis, and syncope, while working alongside ER physicians and mid-level providers. Unique to this position is the fast-paced environment where quick thinking and adaptability are essential, with an opportunity to refine skills in a well-equipped setting that includes CT, X-ray, and advanced monitor systems.

Expect typically moderate weather with warm summers and cold winters, characteristic of the region’s temperate climate. The conditions tend to be pleasant during late spring and early fall, with occasional snowfall in the winter months providing picturesque scenery.
