Job Description:

This ER Registered Nurse contract in Worcester, MA offers an engaging opportunity to provide critical support during overnight shifts. You’ll be working 12-hour night shifts (11:00 PM - 11:30 AM) in a fast-paced emergency department, where handling telemetry monitoring and medication administration are key components of your daily routine. A focus on accuracy and quick thinking is essential, especially with the involvement of exam pass/fail requirements prior to orientation. The assignment is set for 26 weeks, with flexibility for extended hours or different shift configurations allowing up to 48 hours per week. Unique to this role is the emphasis on preparedness, as you’ll review study materials for exams that are crucial to maintaining your contract.
