Job Description:

This Mother-Baby / Couplet Care / Post Partum Registered Nurse position offers a unique chance to support new families during a joyful yet sensitive time. You will be responsible for delivering direct patient care to postpartum and baby patients, using the nursing process to assess their needs, develop care plans, implement interventions, and continually evaluate outcomes. Occasional float to Labor & Delivery as a baby nurse adds an interesting twist to your shift. The role requires keeping safety and quality at the forefront, acting as a patient advocate, and coordinating care smoothly. With no on-call responsibilities and every other weekend off, this assignment balances professional dedication with personal time.
