Job Description:

Join a healthcare team as a Medical Surgical Registered Nurse on a 13-week contract in Johnson City, Tennessee. This assignment features 12-hour night shifts, working four nights per week from 6:30 PM to 7:00 AM, with a focus on patient care in a busy medical-surgical setting. You'll be part of a team managing patient needs with a nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:7, ensuring quality care and efficient workflow. The role requires at least two years of experience, with preference given to travelers familiar with telemedicine and holding AHA BLS (and ACLS/NIH preferred). You’ll participate in general orientation on Sundays, including online CBLs, and contribute to clinical education efforts supporting future nurses.
