Job Description:

This Registered Nurse position at ThedaCare Fond du Lac offers a rewarding opportunity to work 12-hour night shifts in a hospital setting that emphasizes teamwork and cohesive patient care. As a vital member of the medical/surgical unit, you'll be responsible for supporting a small inpatient team, helping to manage a diverse caseload that includes patients across different departments. The role involves working with electronic charting systems like Epic, assisting with point of care testing, and floating to various units, including the Emergency Department and other facilities within a 60-mile radius. Your expertise will contribute to a smooth patient flow and a positive experience for both patients and colleagues. This assignment provides a chance to experience a collaborative, integrated care environment while maintaining a schedule that encourages work-life balance with guaranteed hours and a flexible weekend rotation.
