Job Description:

Join the Neuro ICU team at Aspirus Wausau for a 13-week travel assignment that offers a valuable opportunity to work in a specialized neuro-critical care setting. This role involves 12-hour day shifts, providing comprehensive neuro assessments and basic ICU procedures such as line placements and intubation. You'll be floating between Neuro Critical Care ICU and MSICU units, occasionally assisting in other inpatient units as needed. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of ICU experience, with a strong background in neuro patient care, including familiarity with EVDs and ICP monitoring. Charting will be done through EPIC, and required certifications include WI RN license, BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, with neuro-specific skills preferred. No on-call duties are involved, and the schedule includes every other weekend and holiday.
