Job Description:

This travel assignment in Labor and Delivery offers an engaging opportunity to put your circulating experience to the test at both PRMC and Parkview Randallia. You will be responsible for caring for laboring patients during vaginal and cesarean deliveries, coordinating between different units, and utilizing systems like EPIC Stork, Centricity fetal monitoring, and Pyxis medication systems. Expect to work 12-hour night shifts, three out of four weekends, providing a hands-on experience with a patient load typically maintaining a 1:1 nurse-to-patient ratio. You’ll be working with a dedicated team of RN colleagues, with the option to float between two nearby facilities, all while contributing to a vital stage of patient care. The role emphasizes real-time decision-making and collaboration in a fast-paced obstetrics environment, making this a memorable step in your nursing journey.
