Job Description:

Join the team as a PCU Registered Nurse on a fast-paced surgical oncology unit in Columbus, Ohio. This 16-week contract features 12-hour night shifts from 19:00 to 07:30, offering an engaging experience caring for adult and geriatric patients with diagnoses ranging from breast and thyroid cancers to hepatobiliary disorders and colorectal cancers. You'll be instrumental in managing chemotherapies, blood transfusions, IV antibiotics, oncologic emergencies, and insulin/heparin drips, all while prioritizing infection prevention and patient safety. Expect a busy environment with a goal staffing ratio of 1:4, but flexibility to float within your scope of practice is expected. Each shift involves hands-on patient care in a department that demands precision, compassion, and clinical expertise. This role offers a weekly gross pay of approximately $2,019.22, for a commitment of 36 hours per week, with a total duration of 16 weeks.
