Job Description:

Join Carlsbad Medical Center as a Travel Swing Bed RN for a 13-week assignment. This role involves working 12-hour day shifts, from 6:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., with floating and call requirements within the scope of Rehab and Med/Surg units. You'll handle general skilled nursing duties at the SNF level, caring for a patient ratio of 1:8 in a 15-bed unit. The role offers opportunity for blocked scheduling and the chance to work with MedHost electronic medical records. This assignment provides a chance to sharpen your skills in a fast-paced setting while enjoying a vibrant community environment.
